How do you fund your Retirement?

Currently not funding my Retirement.

I contribute to my Employer's Retirement Plan, but I don't max out the contributions.

I contribute to my Employer's Retirement Plan only, and max out the contributions.

I max out the contributions to my Employer's Retirement Plan, and Invest outside of my Employers Plan.

I do not contribute to my Employer's Retirement Plan, but I invest elsewhere.
