Community Perspectives
{"name":"Community Perspectives", "url":"https://www.supersurvey.com/QPREVIEW","txt":"Hello, my name is Jessika. I have been a nurse for 2.5 years, all of which have been in labor and delivery, and I am a student nurse midwife at Frontier Nursing University. I am located in the Tampa, FL area and I am working on a project about the community perspectives surrounding healthcare. In my research I have found some local maternal-child health indicators and health disparity data. These include infant mortality rate (specifically in the black population), homelessness, maternal mortality rates, and low birth weight. A little additional information about midwives: A Certified Nurse-Midwife (CNM) is a primary health care provider to women of all ages throughout their lives. CNMs focus on gynecologic and family planning services, as well as preconception, pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum and newborn care. Certified nurse-midwives are advanced practice registered nurses (APRNs) backed by the American College of Nurse-Midwives. CNMs can practice in hospitals, birth centers or in homebirth settings., How do you identify?, How old are you?","img":"https://www.supersurvey.com/3012/images/ogquiz.png"}
