Somehow, you feel that he hurt you badly long ago, and now you want revenge. You then hear the scream of a child. The scream came from an old shed down the street. You feel deep fear of the shed. There is a gun on a table next to you. You want to stay in your safe house, where neither the shed, child, or the man can hurt you. What do you do?
Walk outside and confront the man, and ask him what he is doing in your yard. However, you do not attempt to hurt the man.
Stay in the house. You have heard that counting simulations do very well in depicting pain, and you would like to avoid that.
Inspect the shed. See whether the child is actually in danger.
Save the child, while armed with the gun

The scene fades. You are now in a room with another person. They are dead. You have a feeling that you may be next. There is a ticking bomb and there is a locked door. There is a strange code on the wall. You also have a paperclip. What do you do?

Throw the bomb at the door, and get as far away from the bomb as possible. When it blows, escape via the hole the bomb makes
