Hi, I'm Nathalie. I'm 14 and my auntie Bernadette taught me what sugar and processed foods can do to us.
I used to be a "sweet bug" (that's how she called me) but try to eat healthy now. I also tried to convince my class mates and friends to stop eating unhealthy stuff - sweet or not.
But most 14 yo don't give anything about their health. So I decided to give it a shot and plan doing my big school project about SUGAR AND WHAT IT DOES TO PEOPLE, hoping to spread awareness and make at least some of my gals reconsider their food choices.
I’m doing a lot of research right now and also want to ask people who are addicted to sugar and/or highly processed foods, how it really is to be addicted to food, what it does to them and their lives and what they wished could be different.
So if you are looking at this survey right now, you are probably one of so many people affected by sugar and processed foods already.
