Ballot Question: Constitutional Amendment - Change 1/3 spending rule to a 1/2 spending rule. (Lessens the current spending restriction in the constitution. ex: right now a purchase of $500 would require that we have $1500 in our general club fund. With a 1/2 spending rule we would only need to have $1000 in our club fund to approve a $500 purchase.)
