Whats your name?

Which aspect of Tilde are you most passionate about (example answers are events, flag race, bossing, leveling, chatting with people ? and Why?

What is the one thing about Tilde that you are most dissatisfied about?

Who are your best friends in the guild (up to 3. You cannot include Yang.)? And briefly tell me about how you met each of them (briefly is enough).

I plan to assign each junior to a certain task that you need to complete regularly. They are listed below. Which one of the task are you willing to take on (you can choose more than 1 and rank them in preferences)?

1. Recruitment.

2. Ursus organizer (1-2 ppl). At least 1 per week. 1 day prior announcement.

3. Guild ranking management (1 person) . Adjust guild rank weekly according to designed proportions.

4. News reporter (any number of ppl). Give me 2-3 news per week ! Could be about yourself or any guildie. Could be maple or irl.

5. Event planner team. 2-4 ppl. Come up with one event idea and execute it every 2 weeks.

6. Flag race (2-3 ppl). Getting ppl to flag. Be at flag if you can. Train new recruits for flag. Make sure we don’t fall out of top 3.

7. Newbies mentor (2-3 ppl). Talk to and introduce new recruits about the guild. Make sure that they get to know a few members and don't feel isolated.
