An Automatic Panipuri Making Machine The invention relates to an automatic pani-puri making machine. The present invention comprises the process of making pani-puri from start to end I.e. From making hole inside the puri and then filling the stuff into puri are automatically handle by the machine. The present invention comprises a variable axis robotic arm (1), a panipuri tray holder (2), a panipuri tray (3), a needle unit (4), a flavored potato dispenser unit (5), a flavored water dispenser unit (6) and an operator interfacing unit (7). Today automation has been an integral part of the food industry as concerns over health and safety have increased worldwide. In present invention, we take up a simple local food delight of India, The Pakodi/Panipuri/Water Ball, and designed a product that automates its making process to ensure that the best taste is available to its consumers without concerns over health or safety. Pakodi is served in many restaurants and premium food outlets apart from street vendors. The procedure to serve the pakodi at any places is majorly done by manual process using hands. And which attracts many health issues. The product designed here is to take input of Puris, boiled potatoes and other stuff items, flavoured water, sauces, sev and required spices to ultimately prepare the pakodi in automatic and hygienic way. The automation by pakodi Vending Machine ensures that the job is done faster, safer and skill independent.

A sugarcane juice vending machine (100) for producing sugarcane juice is disclosed. The vending machine (100) comprises a storage unit (102), a longitudinal outlet (312), a motor (212), a tray (206), a pusher unit (210), and a crushing unit (202). The longitudinal outlet (312) allows dispensing of the sugarcane sticks (101) from the storage unit (102). The motor (212) vibrates the one or more walls to facilitate dispensing of the sugarcane sticks from the storage unit (102). The tray (206) collects the sugarcane sticks dispensed from the storage unit (102). The pusher unit (210) is adjacent to the tray (206) for pushing the sugarcane sticks. The crushing unit (202) receives the sugarcane sticks for producing the sugarcane juice.
