How are my boundaries?

I have trouble saying no to others.

I can disagree with others comfortably.

I often borrow things from people I'm close without asking as I know they would understand.

I don't feel guilty when I say no.

It bothers me and it's hard to let go if I feel like someone doesn't like me.

I have a hard time taking no for an answer.

When someone is upset I get upset too.

I'm comfortable asking for what I need.

I sometimes engage in sex or other physical touch even when I'm not comfortable or don't want to.

I have read other people's texts or emails without them knowing it.

I can recognize my own feelings when engaging with others who are expressing theirs.

I tend to take on the moods of those close to me.

I am more comfortable taking care of others then letting others take care of me.

I don't feel responsible for other people's feelings.

I feel I can't be happy if others aren't happy or are upset with me.

I tend to get caught up in other people's problems.

I don't feel guilty taking care of myself.
