Can children be added to a party on the day?
No, numbers must be confirmed at least 3 days before

Preferably not, due to prepping and setting for rooms. On duty Manager to decide
What happens if someone is overpaid or some guests don't arrive?
Immediate refund
Get on duty manager for guidance/help
Explain we can store credit them to either come back in the future or spend on other food/beverage etc
Offer potential refund
Explain that unfortunately that is out of our hands and there is a reason we ensure confirmation 3 days prior
What are the first things that should be done Sat/Sun morning?
Check party rooms are correct
Check party rooms are clean

When must a party pay the non-refundable $50 deposit?
Upon making the booking

At least 1 hour before hand

Can I bring in a cake?
No, we have a strict no outside food policy

Can I go down the slides with my children?
Not unless approved by a staff member
