I currently am not doing any regular exercise
I currently am doing occasional light exercise (walking, yoga, etc)
I currently am exercising regularly (1-3 times a week)
I am currently exercising often (3-5 times a week)
I currently am exercising very often (5-7 times a week)
What kind of class would you be keen on joining?
Guts and Butts: 15 mins (legs, bums and tums)
Werk It!: 30 min (HIIT)
Sweat-ercise: 30 min (dance aerobics)
Which of these times would you be able to join a class?
Monday lunchtime (roughly between 12pm and 2pm)
Monday late afternoon/early evening (5pm - 7pm)
Tuesday evening ( 7pm - 8pm)
Friday lunchtime / early afternoon (1pm - 3pm)
