Apply for a Volunteer Bidder

1. Every bidder’s (B) request for a volunteer bidder (VB) will be allocated to a volunteer who is willing to daily place bids within 12 to 23 hours after the last bid and on the final day with every time the B is outbid as soon as possible during the final 2 hours.
2. No VB will represent more than 1 B on any specific lot, but can represent different Bs as long as they are not competing on the same lot.
3. By requesting for this service by a VB the B accepts:
   1. the bona fides of the organisers and VB to serve the B with integrity and the intention to bid in accordance to the B bidding instructions in order to attempt to make the winning bid
   2. that due to the fact that the timing of the last bid accepted is not within the control of the VB, the final bid may be won by someone who bid less that the maximum amount the B instructed the VB to bid
   3. that because of the mentioned 2 reasons in 3.1 and 3.2, the organisers and the VB is not responsible for nor can guarantee that the B will win the lot
   4. responsibility for payment of a winning bid placed within the B’s instructions
   5. the general auction rules (see auction web page)
4. This auction is a non-profit fundraiser and any disagreement will be resolved in an amicable way by use of an arbiter who is acceptable by both parties
5. To use the service of a VB the B will register his / her name, e-mail, cell number, the increments of bid increases as well as highest amount for every lot the B intends to use a VB for.

Registration for this service will be available up to 24 hours before the close of bids
