I participated in a hobby, let myself stim, or sang today.

I made plans to recover from being touched out or overwhelmed.

I accepted love or friendship from someone who wanted to help, this week.

I communicated my needs to my family or employer.

I spent time with a pet or in nature.

I ate something nutritious.

I adjusted plans to accommodate my sensory needs

I read, wrote, or planted something.

I made sure I had at least one space to relax in, with minimal clutter/mess.
