Welcome to the LOLHS Trumpet Feedback Survey for the 2022-2023 school year! We value your input to enhance our band experience and ensure that everyone's voice is heard.

I want to know all of your opinions and feedback from this year so I can work to improve these things and make next year great for our band and section :)
It is okay, to be honest, no matter what your answer is (names are not included).
With what you say in this survey, or in person, I can bring these ideas to any leadership meetings and enable your input into future conversations/decisions in leadership meetings. Your voices are important to hear as well.
I know we had a rough couple years with Covid being at the start of it all but we have the potential to return to the spirited band just like two years ago. As trumpets, we have the loudest voices on the field and the ability to bring shivers to our audience. Lets nail our show, MPA, and be the strongest section in band. I don't want to let you guys down and want you all to have a fun experience from next year up until you graduate.

The following are some thoughts/ideas I have for next year. These are just ideas at the moment and have not gotten direct approval from Kenzie (Band Captain) and/or Mulder yet. Check off what you agree or are interested in doing
Having a section bonding before band camp with incoming freshmen
Having a section bonding every two weeks
Having a section bonding every month
Having a section bonding every now and then
Having a mandatory mini-sectional before band sectional start
Having an optional mini-sectional before band sectionals start
Have an optional zoom meeting every week for questions, or feedback
Making a practice routine for productive individual practice sessions
