The system will now allow you to login with your employee id or your email, most users have their bemid for employee id in the system. Can you login using your id as your username rather than email?

Switch to the locale view. Now modify your search criteria and restrict locations to just one city in USA>Washington and submit. At first you should see only rooms with events in them. Now click the "Show All Locales" Checkbox on the screen. Do you now see all the rooms for the city you picked even if no events?
