Is the customers second form of Identification photographic and does the picture provide a good likeness of the customer?

Does the address on the identification match the account address?

Does the date of birth match?

Is the customer using their regular or local branch?

Is the customer known to the branch staff for longer than six months?

Does the customer have any discretion alerts applied within the last three months?

Has the debit card been reissued or replaced within the last 3 months?

Has the customers address changed on the system within the last three months?

Is the customer able provide evidence of the benificiary account? eg. Bank statement or card
