When you first found out you were pregnant, what was the first thing you did?

Did a ton of research so I wouldn’t be stressed out by my autoimmune diagnosis

Enjoyed the moment, figured I would learn as I went along (what could go wrong?

Was excited, but very nervous, wasn’t really sure what to do and how my diagnosis could affect my baby

What does your birth plan look like?

My WHAT?

Natural birth, 1st hour skin to skin, maybe even a tub birth?

As long as my baby is healthy when I hold her in my arms, the method doesn’t matter

Where do you get most of your pregnancy info related to your autoimmune diagnosis?

I google info, joined a bunch of Facebook groups and have been looking into other education services

I just ask my doctor at my check ups, whatever we don't have time for I figure isn't that important

I have been pretty overwhelmed at most of the info so I usually don’t get very far once I start looking

When do you feel the most at ease?

Resting feeling the baby kick

Planning for baby’s arrival

Working out/ meditating, anything to get my mind focused and not freaking out!

How did your nutrition change when you found out you were pregnant?

Started taking a multivitamin, but everything else is the same, I don’t really know where to start

Researched different diets and found one that is perfect to reduce risks of pregnancy and autoimmune complications

Listened to my body and what I needed, I don’t like diets

What does your infant feeding plan look like?

I have done my research on breastfeeding and plan to breastfeed for 6 months+!

I would like to breastfeed, but I will see when I get there!

I don’t even know, but I have anxiety about the whole thing, will I even be able to?

Where do you see yourself in 6 months?

Still pregnant but baby on the way
