Hi amazing friends of Christine (TD)!
I'm April! Td's little sister and her maid of honor. It's time to talk about her bachelorette for the weekend of February 1-4!! She has expressed that she really wants a destination bachelorette. And after taking into consideration of what she wants and what is practical for all of you guys, I wanted to get some feedback from each of you. I'll tell you about the options that Lori (our cousin/her matron of honor) and I have come up with for her bachelorette, so if you could fill this out, that would be super helpful!

What is your name, email, and phone number?
Information about our three options:

1. Napa Valley
  • Estimated flight cost (into San Jose or San Fran): $150 per person
  • Estimated lodging split up for 12 (airbnb): $150 per person
  • Estimated car rental: $30-40
  • Ideas of activities we might do: wineries (and lots of them) + tourist things in San Francisco
PROS: Christine's top choice
CONS: The most expensive of the 3 options + Napa just had a lot of fires and we don't know the conditions of some of the wineries.

2. Malibu, CA
  • Estimated flight cost (into LA/surrounding airports): $100-$150 per person
  • Estimated lodging (airbnb): $75 per person
  • Estimated car rental: $30-40
  • Ideas of activities we might do: The beach, Malibu Wine Safaris tour (https://www.lasafaris.com/) , Griffith Observatory, Museum of Ice Cream, Hollywood, etc.
PROS: I think TD would love the wine safaris tour, cheapest option overall, Airbnb's are bigger, more things to do.
CONS: Might have to do a lot of driving (but we can plan to avoid that)

3. San Diego, CA
    • Estimated flight cost (into SD): $120-$150
    • Estimated lodging (airbnb): $60-$80
    • Estimated car rental: $30-$40 or might not need a car at all.
    • Ideas of activities we might do: The beach, a lot of her favorite food - Mexican + Seafood, tourist spots, downtown bar hopping.
PROS: We've been to San Diego quite a few times so we know what we would want to do, less driving, big airbnbs, guaranteed good weather.
CONS: No wineries (that's what she wanted)

Which destination should we go to? (Please answer if you don't think you are going)
1. Napa Valley
2. Malibu
3. San Diego
Can you come?
YES! I wouldn't miss it for the world!
NO... unfortunately I don't think I could make it.
MAYBE. I can let you know by December 1st.
Do you have any comments, questions, or concerns?
THANK YOU for filling this out and helping us celebrate Christine the best way possible. She appreciates each and every one of you.
In case it's not clear, you would need to book your own flight, help pay for lodging, transportation, and activities/food. We totally understand (and TD does too) that this is a big ask to spend so much money and take a weekend off from obligations, so don't stress if it really just won't work for you! In the next week or so, we'll finalize our destination, and Lori and I will take care of booking the lodging. And I am more than happy to help find you the cheapest flights possible!
THANK YOU!
