The Fresh Looks Monthly Shopping Pass works similar to a Library Card. You can "Check Out" items: Wear them, Love them, and either return them or purchase at the end of the 30 day period. The cost is $25 per month to check out $100 in merchandise OR $35 per month to check out $150 in merchandise. Does this service sound interesting to you?

Q. Do I have to commit to this Shopping Pass for a certain length of time?

A. We ask that Customers give it 60 days to try out this new service.

Q. What if I want to keep some of the items at the end of 30 days?

A. You can always purchase any items you checked out, and we will give you 10%

off that purchase.

Q. Do I still get the tag sale discounts?

A. Yes, we honor all Sale priced items, and the sale price will be calculated for your total amount checked out.

Q. What do I have to have to get started?

A. We will need a Drivers License, and Credit or Debit card on file. You will be charged the initial $25 or $35 (depending on what you choose) to that card on the day you select your items. You will receive a Shopping Pass, and you can start shopping!

Q. Would it be possible to have someone select items for me before I come in?

A. Absolutely! We select outfits for people frequently. As long as you let us know when you will be shopping we will have them ready for you. We will ask a few questions about sizes, brand preferences, and any special occasions coming up if you would like us to select items for you. You are under no obligation to choose those items we select, but a lot of people are happy to have the options.
