These two MPs were both born in 1972, so can you actually distinguish between their wonderful foreheads?

Before we start, here’s a dry run to get you warmed up. Former President Reagan and internationally acclaimed hair-gel-infused pork loin Cristiano both have something bizarrely in common: ’Ronald’. Naturally, this makes their supple brows almost entirely indistinguishable. Can you, a mere unelected liberal schmooze, ACTUALLY tell the difference between their foreheads?

Top one is Reagan! Bottom is Cristy.

Okay nice job, you managed to give it a good punt. Right, let’s get onto the real stuff. David Lammy MP, Spurs fanatic and Tottenham representative, first graced this realm with his immutable bangs-mattress in 1972. That’s astounding in its own right. But Nicky Morgan, former education secretary, was (yes, you guessed it) born just three months later. Unbelievable. What’s more, Mrs Morgan also hopped out of the womb in 1972. The same YEAR as well. So can you tell the difference between their sweet, limber frons?

You’re doing good, although we did notice you hesitated a little when making your choice! I bet you were briefly bewitched by that magical stretch of skin that bridges this duo’s monolithic, unyielding temples. Okay, we get it, you are exhausted. That was tough. Here’s a couple of photos of first series Pop Idol champ, and son of Wokingham, Will Young. This guys’s got the most terrible forehead, but his boyish good-looks provide a welcome detox from the exhausting magnetism of Mr Lammy's and Mrs Morgan’s. Come on Baby Light My Fire!

I bet that cooled you down! Boo yeah! Bad news heading your way, though. This next round is a real curve-ball, so get your thinking caps on. I’m afraid it only includes the most paltry portion of Nicky’s brow, and shows David when he was a young, flirtatious braggart. Goodness me, these politicians know how to frustrate! Show us more Goddamit!

Back to the good stuff. Mmm hmmm. Thank God! Look at those blasted foreheads, they are almost as captivating as they are similar - although not quite, because once again, they are essentially exactly comparable. Think you can tell the difference? Fine. Try it. We couldn’t. In fact, four of our contributors resigned after a spat over which brow was most suited to cabinet-level office. That’s a loss this magazine really can’t burden.

Mrs Morgan is below, she sits above, dominating the political landscape with penumbra of her scalp like Napoleon or Voldemort.

Excruciatingly, that’s all of the photos we could find of these tweedle-dee-and-tweedle-dum graceful face-toppers. For this final round, take a look at this astounding piece of medieval Italian art. Entitled Capital with Four Heads, it is housed at the Metropolitan Mueseum, NY. These guys don’t have a patch on David and Nicky, but goodness me they come close. Inspiring. What do you reckon?
