Westover Community Survey

On a scale from 1 to 10 with 1 being not interested and 10 being very interested, please respond to the questions below. These are different suggestions that have been brought to the HOA board. This survey is meant to gauge the community's interest level in potential amenities and improvements to Westover. No decisions will immediately be made based on this survey.

How interested are you in Westover getting a covered/waterproof bike storage area?

How interested are you in Westover installing a gym area in one of the clubhouses?

How interested are you in Westover installing outdoor exercise equipment around the property?

How interested are you in having one or both pools heated for year-round use?

How interested are you in a fire pit with seating in designated areas in phase 1 and/or 2?

How interested are you in having more picnic tables around the community (eg. Near the tennis courts, open area in phase 1, etc.)?

How interested are you having more benches added throughout the community?

I would like more social events at Westover (after COVID or with social distancing).

How interested are you in having a security guard patrolling the community at night?
