Do you think there should be a system where different clan leaders can be elected every month or few months to give new people a chance?

If there is a system where clan leaders can be elected every few month(s), which one would you prefer?

An election system: those wanting to be a leader are allowed to enter election. This including those who are already leaders, but they can only be leaders two times in a row, there cannot be a third term for them, they have wait for at least one term to pass in order to be part of the elections again. In this system, leaders are chosen by bon and the mods.

A nomination system: peepee club members nominate those who they think are fit to be leaders. again, those who are already leaders can be nominated again but only for two times in a row, no third. They have to wait for at least one term to pass before trying to be a leader again. In this system, everything is in the hands of the people, not the mods.

Private self-elected system: those wanting to be a leader privately DM bon or any of the mods, and are put in the waiting list (if any) to become a leader of a new clan when the time comes. This means clan leaders stay the same forever.
