Lost Wallet

You're walking along the street and you find a wallet in the gutter. You open it and find $1000 in cash inside the wallet, along with the owner's ID and a picture of two very young children. You're having a difficult time financially, and $1000 would save you from getting evicted from your apartment this month. What do you do with the wallet?
Turn the wallet into the police with everything inside. It's not yours and you don't have a right to take anything.
Turn the wallet into the police, but take out $500 bucks first. That's the amount you need to avoid getting evicted, and the owner will still get their ID and some of the money back. Seems like a fair solution.
Finders keepers! You found it, so you should get to keep it. You need the money, and if the owner was careless enough to lose it, then that's their problem. It's a sign from the universe that you're not getting evicted!

Welcome to the GENERAL Crew-Cation™ Vacation Voting:   Consider this a prequal to your vacation voting. Based off your results, I've narrowed down some general vacations (some specific, some not), that should help streamline our planning process this time around.   Keep in mind, that the costs are just ESTIMATES per person. Just because it says 900, it doesn't necessarily mean 900 (could be less or slightly more). We have a vastly diverse group with different needs, so just consider your own circumstances when looking at these numbers. Also note that some slides have additional info that I acknowledged but couldn't fully elborate on since it needed an indepth answer. So if you have any questions or concerns about something particular that directly effect your voting, please hmu before submitting your answers & I'd be more than happy to help.   Ahead of you there are 5 different vacations for you to pick from in no particular order. You will vote on a ranking scale of 1 to 5 for each trip (1 being your top spot & 5 being your least liked option). DO NOT DUPLICATE NUMBERS. I realize that you may need to scroll through all of the options before ranking them, that's fine since there is a back button option. This isn't rocketscience so please do not make this harder than it needs to be.   Once the survey is completed by everyone, I will share the results. If the winning vacation option was non specific, we'll proceed with one more round of voting that has more specific options to select the final trip (EX: Camping wins, we vote on where we want to camp). If a specific vacation wins, I will proceed with creating a specific & detailed itinerary so that we may immediately start saving & planning our trip for next year.    As usual, you know where to find me for questions & concerns.
