Attend Family Reunion
Attend Mega Leadership and/or Mega Agent Camp (at least one of these)
Attend IDW (Instructor Development Workshop)
Participate in at least 2 quarterly faculty masterminds
Participate in at 3 quarterly faculty masterminds
Teach at least 3 KWU courses per year
Teach at least 6 KWU courses per year
Teach at least 6 times per year - mix of KWU material and other material
Attend any Train the Trainer sessions for new classes that you are eligible to teach
Audit a class from another trainer at least 2 times per year
Audit a class from a Master Faculty at least 1 time per year
It should depend on your certification level. Master Faculty should meet more of these standards.
