Each week the menu of soups/fillers/toppings/breads will change to keep customers interested and give me flex with ingredients to use up and learn what’s working/popular. Daily/weekly menus will be posted on social media to inform customers.

The aim is to offer 4-6 different soups per day that each fall into a theme. Names may change but these are:

 

Iconic - traditional flavours, but elevated e.g. Next Level Colcannon

Souprising - unexpected options that shouldn’t work, but do e.g. Hangover Hot Bloody Mary

Too Good - low cal, extra healthy, but tasty e.g. Spicy Seven Superfood 

Dirty  - more ‘junk’ food faves, but healthier e.g. Pepperoni Pizza Me

Swanky - extra special ingredients and flavours e.g. Italian Orzo and Sundried Tomato 

Worldie - Global favourites, and exotic options far and wide   e.g. Thai Green Curry
