Eating Disorder Safety Assessment System
{"name":"Eating Disorder Safety Assessment System", "url":"https://www.quiz-maker.com/QPREVIEW","txt":"While talking to Natalie, one of your freshman residents, you find out that she struggled with an eating disorder in high school. She assures you that she is doing much better now, and enjoys eating with her roommates at the dinning hall and going out on the weekends. What level on the \"Safety Assessment System\" would this situation fall under?, Over the course of the next several weeks, you notice Natalie walking to the Rec everyday to workout and is gone for several hours at a time., It's now the middle of October and you see Natalie down the hall walking towards her room. When you say hi to her from the other end of the hallway, she ignores you and quickly keys into her room. In the past, she has always stopped to talk to you for at least a minute or two. You also notice that she is looking very thin and tired.","img":"https://www.quiz-maker.com/3012/images/ogquiz.png"}

The Big Ranking of Missing Episodes V2
In this poll you will be asked to consider each of the 97 missing episodes individually and assign them a number from 1-5 to show how strongly you feel about the potential recovery of this episode.
Imagine what level of exictement you would experience if an announcement was made about the episode's recovery, or perhaps consider how much you'd pay for the chance to see it if it suddenly appeared on iTunes.
To assist with each decision, I've included some possible highlights or curiosities from each episode (mostly borrowed from Jonny Morris's excellent list of things he'd most like to see).
Please assess each on its own merits and ensure there is a good distribution of scores - despite the the fact that any missing episode recovery would be exciting.
Completing this survey could be as quick as ten minutes, but obviously depends on how much time you think about each one!
Thanks for taking part!
