This test includes 20 questions from the Eye Care Home Study Module. In order to receive a passing grade, you must achieve a 90% or above (18/20 questions correct). If you do not pass on the first attempt, you may retake the test. If you do not pass after three attempts, please reach out to your RSM to receive further instructions. After completing your test, you will be able to see what questions you got right and wrong (if any). You can right-click on the results to either print the document or save the webpage to your desktop to save the questions/answers. Tip: This information can be used to study for the Knowledge Check, which will take place on the first day of your regional meeting.
