Before you write

Include the link to the survey you are asking about and the email address on the account, so we can find it without a second exchange. If something in your results looks wrong, say what you expected to see and roughly when you noticed the change.

Questions about building a survey, sharing it or reading the results are usually answered already in the guides or on the survey templates pages, and that is the quickest route. Billing and account questions are best sent from the email address the account is registered under.

Messages are read by the team and answered by email to the address you enter in the form.

Claiming your Survey

If you've signed up for a free account you can select the 'Account' option from the menu and access all of your previous surveys.

If you are still not able to retrieve your survey this way then contact us with your details using the form below:

Canceling your Account

To cancel your account, visit the Account section of the Dashboard and click the grey 'Cancel' button on the right side of the page.
