Over the First couple sessions it is important to Dream together and build a plan of what success looks like.

Is it best to let the client choose the agenda or for you to choose the agenda?
1. They decide the agenda
2. You decide the agenda
3. They contribute to the agenda, but you drive the meeting.
What types of things might go in Future conversations?

Watch for clues of what your client needs to spend time on in each session. How do you think they might give you those clues?
How important is it to have confidence about your ability to help them?
What do you do with uncertainty that you have during a coaching session?
When you talk with your client about their current projects and tasks that need done, what do you help them do with those projects?
Accountability - They commit to something, and then the next time you ask them if they did it. This accountability to their “action” or “homework” is the most important part of the coaching session. This is where you achieve results. You want them to work on their business, not IN their business. Call it FUN work perhaps.

Why would accountability be a key component of your coaching process?
How do I know if I am asking too many questions?
The final question I ask during our coaching session is: What is the one thing you liked most about our time together today?

Why is it important to ask this question?
How long should the person commit to coaching? 1 month? 6 months?
Will you do your sessions on zoom or in person?
How much communication should you have with the client between sessions? What things would be good to communicate with them?
