Descriptions of different services:
Reiki is a non-invasive treatment that promotes natural self-healing. It helps with anxiety and depression, fatigue, pain, headaches, nausea, lowers blood pressure, improves sleep, and stimulates the body’s immune system.
REIKI SESSION - 60 min (only eligible for in-person in Londonderry): starting with breathwork and sound healing to raise your vibrational frequency, then 35 minutes of energy work, moving to a few minutes of breathwork and guided meditation to get your mindset connected to with your renewed embodied energy, ending with debriefing what came up in session, $85
REIKI SESSION - 30 min (only eligible for in-person in Londonderry): starting with breathwork and sound healing to raise your vibrational frequency, then 20 minutes of energy work, ending with a few minutes of breathwork and guided meditation to get your mindset connected to with your renewed embodied energy, ending with debriefing what came in session $45
SOULWORK SESSION (only eligible for in-person in Londonderry) : 30 minutes reiki session (as described above) and 50 minute therapy session, $40 & typical copay or deductible price for therapy
MINDFUL MOMENTS CLASS (virtual or in-person in Londonderry): a mix of mindful movement, light stretching, breathwork, guided meditation and sound healing, 45 min $15, or 30 min $10
