What is your personal covid risk level?

High, I don't take many covid precautions at all any more

Low, I do some outdoor events in the summer, but am never unmasked indoors outside of my home, and avoid public indoor spaces when possible

Low-Moderate, I always keep my mask on indoors but will do things indoors voluntarily, I may unmask outdoors in close vicinity to other people occasionally

Moderate, I rarely wear a mask outdoors, and usually wear a mask indoors

Moderate-high, I wear a mask on public transit and in crowded environments with poor ventilation

How does your health affect your willingness to attend covid safe events?

My health isn't a major barrier to attendance for most events

Sometimes I'm well enough to attend events that don't involve much physical activity

I almost never have the energy for in person events, even if rides are provided and other accommodations are made
