Go to scheduler the date the guest received services, right click and select audit log to see if the guest did received services and finally go to Spa Reservation Intinerary.
Go to Customer Search, type guest first and last name, select the guest profile and click Past History to find the receipt you want to print by clicking on the blue number link.
We do not have the ability to reprint receipts. A request must be submitted to accounting who will be the one to send the guest their previous service receipts.
The guest must fill out a written request first before a receipt is printed out.
