Very uncomfortable. I prefer to stay in my room if I know a lot of people will be there.

I accept that I made a mistake and can make mistakes.
I get a bit frustrated with myself.
I shut down and occasionally break down or become overwhelmed.
When you accomplish something, do you second guess yourself?
No, I know that I deserve my accomplishments.

I'm unable to believe that I deserve the things that I accomplish, most of the time.

No, it doesn't really matter to me.

I am constantly thinking about what others think of me.
Are you able to balance multiple responsibilities or is it overwhelming?
Yes, I am a great multitasker.
Sometimes it's hard for me to balance multiple things.
I can be a bit of a perfectionist so having multiple tasks at once overwhelms me.
When things suddenly change, how do you cope with it?
I am usually able to adapt.
I feel set back a bit, but I am able to adapt eventually.
It drastically affects me and adapting takes a very long time.
