the amounts paid for property are unevenly divided The idea has been proposed to change the amounts to be

$350 to Tony for exclusive hunting rights to his property (from $500)

50% to Don and Susanne for exclusive access and hunting rights to their property

50% on the north Frontenac lot for exclusive hunting rights

In lue of, and because historically nothing will be accepted for the use of Stanton Property it has been proposed that Kaytie, as our connection to that property and to enable her to continue hunting with us as well for the group to have access to the property, her dues be waved.

Chairman-( responsible for receiving info/comments/suggestions/complaints from members, arranging and organizing meetings weather it be via zoom(covid) or in person. Having a list of discussions for meetings and ensuring they get addressed.)

secretary-(responsible for taking detailed notes, during meetings, ensuring that any administrative business is complete. Ie. OFAH group membership paperwork)
