Which best describes your physical body?
I am fit and sexy. I workout, get plastic surgery or injections, and I take only the best beauty and anti-aging products that you can find. I will never look old.
My body is a little saggy and I don't care that I'm aging, it's natural. My organs aren't working right or I have difficulty going to the bathroom, or I go to the bathroom much too often.
I'm bloated alot. I feel like I can never get enough to eat. My face tends to break out or my hormones are always a wreck. I seem to cry for no reason when I look at myself in the mirror.
My body is pretty fit, I don't overly work out but I take good care of my body, I eat right, sleep right, and drink tons of water, and/or I take herbs and supplements too.
How is your relationships with others?
I don't trust anyone anymore. I've just been hurt too much. I'm always getting irritated if I have to talk to people for too long, I prefer to be by myself in hermit mode.
I have a couple of really close friends that I trust, and/or I'm in a great relationship where me and my partner communicate well together.
I'm told that I'm a bit of a narcissist but really I'm just successful. =)
I have a ton of friends because I am awesome. People love to talk to me because I have the best ideas, but I'l admit I'm bad at answering the phone when I am too busy to talk, but they better answer when I call them or I'm driving to their house.
How do you handle your finances?
Not great. But really who cares? I don't like to worry about the bills ahead of time. I simply pay them when they come or I often choose auto-pay and let my bank account do all the work. Why keep a budget when it's all done by computers now anyway?
I can't keep my bills straight at all. I typically have someone else do them because I am just not good at math or financial stuff.
I constantly worry about my finances. Do I have enough for this month? AHH I don't think I will be able to go on vacation this summer because the money is just not going to be there.
I keep every receipt for tax purposes, and I track all of my spending to ensure that I don't have more going out than I do have coming in.
Which best describes your self-care habits?
I work out alot and I take care of my hair, and nails regulary. I like to get facials, botox, and injections or I simply wear only the best makeup. WhenI go out I'm flawless.
I don't have time for self-care. I have jobs, relationships, entertainment or kids to focus on.
I don't really have a self-care practice. What's the point? I'm not going to feel any better anyway. I don't need to waste my time on stuff like that.
I like to exercise, read a book or magazine sometimes, and I try to dedicate a few minutes a day to myself and doinbg something thatg I love to keep my spirits up.
How would you describe your goal setting?
I set one or two goals at a time that I know I can reach. I don’t set any unrealistic time frame on my goals, I just simply say them out loud or write them down and I know that I will reach them when it is time.
I have many goals. The only issue I have is that I get overwhelmed trying to focus or too many at once.
To be honest, I don't really have any goals because I don't know what my purpose is supposed to be.
I set fixed goals and I hold myself to them until I achieve them no matter how long it takes because I have to do things a certain way.
