We are considering calling off the parade typically associated with Pasty Fest. Would this be a good or bad thing?

A good thing, the parade didn't attract enough people

We are considering not inviting craft vendors to the event. Would this be a good or bad thing?

A good thing, we don't need additional vendors downtown

Would you be willing to give a discount off your normal pasty price if Main Street pre-ordered a specific number of pasties from your business?
Would you be willing to share (or possibly rent) kitchen space to host other area restaurants that do sell pasties? For example only Mohawk Suprette?

If you are a restaurant that would like to participate, how many pasties would you be willing to make? At our last pasty fest over 2000 pasties were sold.
