What are the aims and objectives of the project? To Examine the Psychological Impact of Football Spectatorship: This study seeks to comprehensively explore how watching football influences the psychological state of stress in individuals. It aims to identify the extent to which engagement with football as a spectator sport affects emotional well-being.

It aims to identify the extent to which engagement with football as a spectator sport affects emotional well-being.
Based on the following descriptions which group do you best identify with ? Non-fan : You may have watched a World Cup or Euros game and maximum watch 1 football game yearly and are unfamiliar with football and its rules. Casual Fan : You watch football maybe once a month and are likely to watch more football highlights than full 90 minutes you are familiar with football and its rules,  you likely support a team or did at a point in time . Superfan : You watch football at least once a week , you have a team you support and watch most games for this team whenever possible . You are familiar with the rules to the extent of being able to explain them to someone else.
