Hello Marketing Teammate! As a follow-up to our culture survey feedback, we know that professional development is a desired area of focus for our team. In addition to the individual development plans that we are creating, we would also like to pilot a mentorship program for our team that would pair an individual with a more senior member of our team (or outside of our team at the company) for the purposes of creating a one-on-one forum for career development and discussion. The answers to this brief survey will give us the best information to gauge interest and develop a roster of mentees and mentors to match. The matching process will be overseen by the mentor committee, individual people leaders and Kristen.

Mentee Expectations: (1) initiate meeting(s) with clear objectives at least once/month, (2) be prepared to discuss your career goals and goals for the relationship, (3) take an active role in learning and be open to feedback.
 
Mentor Expectations: For those Sr. Mgr and above, (1) Ensure your schedule allows the time to meet on a regular basis with your mentee, (2) Provide clear guidance, input and ideas that are actionable and understandable by the mentee, (3) Act as an unbiased sounding board, provide advice, guidance and feedback.
