Once upon a time, in the midst of the daunting “hell week”, one student found themselves sitting at their desk for the past 3 hours, surrounded by lecture videos and the weight of impending exams.

Wait, what’s this? When you open your eyes again, you find yourself in a place entirely foreign – surrounded by towering trees. Confusion wash over you as you take in your surroundings, the rustling leaves and dappled sunlight creating an otherworldly atmosphere.

With Sit-oh as tour guide, you embark on a journey through the enchanted woods, each step bringing you closer to liberation. After walking for 150min*, you face a crossroad. Four paths stretched before you, each adorned with a signboard depicting different sitting postures.
 
* The Health Promotion Board advises 150 minutes of moderate intensity exercises or 75 minutes of vigorous intensity exercises. Alternatively, to overcome the detriments of prolonged sitting, incorporate 3-minute light exercises every 30 minutes of sitting!
