The Portofino HOA Board aims to increase dialogue and communication with the community, and so to best streamline community feedback, we will begin doing monthly survey in advance of the Board meetings. We know that everyone cannot attend every meeting, and as we have numerous issues to discuss & address, the Board would like to understand the needs & wants of you, the owner. Your submission will be kept confidential with the Board, but the overall results will be shared with the community.

The water fountains in the gym are old & rusty, and in need of refresh. The Board has quoted a Wall Mount Water Dispenser at $1000-1500 for parts & labor. Do you support this improvement?
