Emergency shelter for flooding

As a solution to displacement during flooding, we have developed a modular emergency shelter that can be built together like lego-blocks & are easily transported in shipping containers & provide quick & efficient emergency housing. What do you think of this design? & would you find it useful or easily accessible?

The solution will include sensory friendly hardware such as headphones & other comforting items to feel more safe & calm in the environment, as floods are quite stressful & people often feel vulnerable. Would you find this helpful?
