Are you interested in having both a male and a female here on Saturday during the 3-7pm shift? Doing so will make sure you don't have to go into the opposite genders areas. It will also spread the work load out. HOWEVER that most likely means working 1 Saturday every month instead of every other. Are you interested in this idea or not?
