Rats were somewhat noticeable, could hear them occasionally, didn't see any.

Rats are noticeable, sometimes even visible, can hear fighting in the walls, there's a bad smell in the home and multiple rat sightings at night.

Becoming a big problem, seeing droppings in rooms, theres damage to the property, multiple rats skittering about in open rooms, can hear them scurrying in your bedroom when you are trying to sleep.

Completely unlivable, rat nests in furniture or appliances, finding drowned rats in toilets, Insulation taken from applainces to make nests, Rat activity very visible, loud, and frequent, feels high risk, and fear of being bitten or have been bitten.
