Welcome to the Peer and Manager Review Quiz! This engaging quiz aims to gather valuable insights about your experiences and perspectives regarding your managers and peers.
By participating, you will:
- Provide constructive feedback
- Identify strengths and weaknesses in leadership
- Contribute to a culture of improvement
- To ensure a culture of constructive criticism and an environment of professional open dialogue... We will be conducting peer/manager reviews every month.
- There are always frustrations in the work place and the inevitable news is its never going away....but thats ok. We need a degree of tension and friction as we always push ourselves to change and grow for the better. Team chemistry needs to be updated periodically as the individuals change.
- It's a daunting task to challenge yourself, be understanding of others and while doing all this, mind team chemistry. It's especially hard given our diverse background in nationality, age and skill set but I truly believe diversity is strength and not a disadvantage.
- You will review everyone working with you and you will be rated by everyone you work with. I know you guys are/or will be busy with your day to day tasks and this is one extra task that I've assigned to you guys but I strongly believe that we need this.
- We will not use this information for any specific purpose. We just need a formal process to get a better idea of our ecosystem. Everything is absolutely anonymous, Who said what is not important.
