Before the launch, we had training opportunities for staff (including any training videos and/or meetings with Tessa & Ana).  Did you feel like these trainings were helpful?
Yes, these trainings helped me prepare for the launch.

A little of both, I felt like there was more I could have been prepared for but in general the trainings went well.

We will be meeting with someone in the near future from another BBBS agency who uses DialPad.  Please take this opportunity to list any questions you would ask someone from another agency.  These can be general "How did you like it?" or specific questions about features within DialPad or the sync with MatchForce.
Our agency has gone through a lot of change and transitions in the past year or so.  How was this specific transition for you?  How can we improve your experience in the future when a change takes place?  Remember, feedback is a gift!
