Generally, from the following options, my preference would be:
Revise to a slightly reduced Group Benefits Plan while maintaining the current premium rate (Employee contribution of Single $13.21, and Family $26.55 bi-weekly)
Maintain the current Group Benefits Plan with slightly increased cost sharing (Employee contribution of Single - $14.37 and Family - $37.09 Bi-weekly - an increase of $1.16 for Single and $10.54 for family
Further Enhanced Group Benefits Plan with additional Cost Sharing Employee contributions
