Welcome to the Digital Escapism Survey! This questionnaire aims to explore how and why individuals use digital platforms for escapism. We want to understand the factors that drive this behavior among different generations.

Hi! I'm doing my graduation project on escapism within digital environments and why my generation looks for escapism within these environment (social media, gaming, movies, etc). Escapism is a mental diversion from unpleasant or boring aspects of daily life, typically through activities involving imagination or entertainment. With this survey I hope to find out more about the underlying reasons we seek to escape daily life.
