Support staff communicates to provider PT is not on time for appointment. Provider determines if to wait for No Show, reschedule, or Teams Message to Provider/CM group to see if PT can be seen by another provider

Support staff informs PT they will need to wait for a NO Show with the provider originally scheduled with (support staff will communicate to provider) or pt can choose to be rescheduled with a provider at center (back-ups)
